How do I insert a table on Medium?

Trying to create a Do this. Don’t do this list on Medium.

Use: end Don’t use: cessation.

Use: caused Don’t use: eventuate.

It looks horrible. My readers will hate me. Anyway to insert a table on Medium? I am two steps away from physically typing this into a laptop/MS Excel and taking a screenshot.

Or worse, writing it out by hand, with a table. And a ruler. Remember them? It might work, if I use different colored markers;)

I searched already, but this git.hub is awful, it just flickers when you open it.

Can somebody create a Medium post to this in plain English please. With clear steps, and no bum steps where we lose our footing.
